【三维目标】
1. 知识与技能:
1) Master the following words:
ago, so, illness, advice.
2) How to ask other’s illness.
What’s the matter? Do you have a headache/toothache/…? When did it start?
I’m not feeling well. I hope you feel better soon.. That’s too bad.
2. 过程与方法:
1) The students work in pairs and groups to learn the cooperative learning.
2) Task-based teaching approach.(任务型学习方法)
3) Autonomous learning and cooperative investigation(自主学习,合作探究)
3. 情感态度与价值观: Learn to care for other’s health.

I. Warm up
Task1. Check the new words.
Complete the short passage according to the first letter:(根据首字母完成单词:)
Mary had a headache three hours a______. Her mother took her to see a doctor. The doctor said her i_____ was not serious(严重的).He gave her some a_________. She should lie down and r_____. She did s___. Now she is feeling better.
Notes: 1) ago 表示从现在起一段时间的以前,常组成短语与一般过去时连用。例如:He went to Beijing two days ago/three weeks ago/four hours ago.
2) illness 是名词,它的形容词形式是ill。
3) advice意为“忠告,建议”,是不可数名词,可以说a piece of advice(一条建议)。而它的同义词suggestion 是可数名词。
II. Pre-task
Task1. Make conversations between a doctor and a patient in pairs. Use the information in the chart below.
